A N Digital Solutions is not responsible for any technical issues on third-party ad platforms or the final outcome of the leads generated. Our role is limited to campaign management and lead delivery.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes or legal claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
