allocated for ad spend on platforms like Snapchat, Meta, or Google is strictly non-refundable once the campaign is live. These payments are made directly to the advertising platforms and are outside our control.

​2. Agency Service Fees

Our agency management or setup fees are non-refundable once the work on campaign strategy, creative design, or technical setup (Pixels, Ad Accounts) has commenced. This fee covers the time and expertise invested by our team. ​

3. Lead Performance & Quality

While we optimize campaigns for high-quality leads, we do not offer refunds based on the final conversion rate, sales outcome, or lead performance. Marketing results involve external market factors and audience behavior that cannot be guaranteed. ​

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients can request to pause or cancel their ongoing services by providing a 7-day prior notice via email. Any unspent management fees (if applicable) will be settled or adjusted for future services, but no cash refunds will be issued for work already completed.
